Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar

(1 customer review)

Price range: $14.00 through $32.00

Sweet enough to stand alone, as a dressing for a salad of mixed greens and crumbled blue cheese or simply splash it over fresh summer fruit. For an unexpected brightness, add a little to soups or pasta sauces, or use it as a marinade for seafood or pair it with flavored oil for dipping rustic country bread.

This is the perfect vinegar to make any salad tastier. It also doesn’t make the dressing too dark. But the flavor enhances any salad, whether it is pasta, lettuce or vegetable.
